Caring for customers the Southwest way



I came across this on Twitter which inked to a post on Peter Darling’s Blog. He was pretty warm to Southwest anyway, but this has tipped him over the edge to become a life long Raving Fan! He lost a book that he uses to take notes while on the flight and within two days Southwest had it back to him with the note above attached!

Ok you arent likely to be able to help your donors with their lost items….but the point here is by going that extra mile you can turn people into donors for life.

What can you do today to make this happen?
