I posted about this last year, and I really like this idea. Simple Acts marks Refugee Week, which runs from June 14th-20th. During the week people are asked to pick on simple act, from a list of 20 to “celebrate the UK’s heritage of being a refuge to people from around the world”. Every Simple Act will be contributed to on an online total at Refugee Week.org.uk/simpleacts so people can see what a big impact they are making collectively.
What I like about this campaign is that its asking people to do something that is easy and that they can incorporate into their every day life, like Cook a dish from another country.
